The Total Wellbeing Diet continues to be one of Australia's most popular ways of creating a healthy lifestyle. The diet was developed by the CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, and includes recipes and practical ways to improve and maintain health.
The Love Food Hate Waste website now features 19 recipes from the CSIRO's Total Wellbeing Diet Recipe Book.
These recipes include:
- a quick and easy mixed berry smoothie
- tomato and cheese mini frittatas
- lamb shoulder with pumpkin and feta salad
- berry cheesecake.
There are recipes suitable for children and vegetarians, and they are great for using up leftover ingredients. You'll be sure to find a delicious recipe for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
More recipes can be found in the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Recipe book.
