Cauliflower can be grated, baked or even crumbed to make a schnitzel! Did you know a single floret contains 10% of your daily vitamin C needed for a balanced diet? Although we love the heart of our caulis, the stalk leaves are edible and yummy too!

Florets: Simply cut into slices, coat in flour, dip into milk and coat with breadcrumb mixture. Cook in a pan with oil until golden and cooked through. Delish!

 

Leaves: Wash the leaves and pat dry. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until crispy. Enjoy!

 

Stalks: Did you know cauliflower stalks offer a sweeter flavour than the florets? They are the perfect soup base. Simply cube, cook with broth and vegetables, and blend!
