This month, let’s celebrate the positive changes we have embraced

As we continue to enjoy our new-found freedom, cooking skills and time with family and friends, this month let’s celebrate the positive changes we have embraced.

Our theme Food for Thought will shine a light on our attitudes to food and how we best like to make the most of it.

During the COVID-19 shutdown, we commissioned a study to help us better understand what changes people were making around buying, cooking and storing food as well as what we thought about all that.

We were intrigued to find out if people’s attitudes towards food, supply chain, cooking and leftovers had changed. The results have been astounding and we can’t wait to share them with you. Little hint, the people of NSW care a lot about their food, the farmers that grow it and how good it is to live in a country like Australia that grows its own.

Keep your eyes peeled for more delicious waste-free recipes and hacks throughout July, plus the return of Fridge Raid Fridays, a challenge aimed to help you make the most out of the odds and ends you have leftover ahead of your weekly shop.
