Staying at home has given us more precious time to accomplish the activities we once couldn’t fit in, or just simply put off.

The extra time on our hands gives us the opportunity to try a delicious recipe that we previously shied away from, carefully plan what food we need to buy so it lasts throughout the week, organise the fridge so we can easily see what produce needs to be used up first and practice new skills in the kitchen that help to reduce the amount of good food we throw in the bin.

This month, we hope to inspire you to reclaim this time for cooking and show you that YES WE CAN achieve our kitchen goals and in doing so, save money and reduce our footprint on the environment.

We will be sharing waste-free tips on how you can make the most of your pantry staples (like the humble canned food), family-friendly activities and loads more.

We are always inspired by our savvy and inventive community, please continue sharing your recipes and ideas.

Our community is growing, and we would like to thank you for your continued support. If you have any themes you’d like us to explore or questions you’d like us to answer, please get in touch on Facebook or Instagram as we’d love to hear from you.
